Rotation system for perfect cooking: No need to take the pizza out of the oven! Piana is the only compact oven with an innovative system with cordierite round refractory stone. The wheel will allow you to rotate your pizza during cooking to get an evenly cooked pizza.
Removable door: The door will allow you to optimize the oven's heating time.
Fast cooking in 60s: 1 minute is the time needed to get a perfectly cooked pizza!
Fuels: To fill your oven, you will have to use pellets. Use the hatch just above the drawer to refill the oven as you cook.
Built-in thermometer: A successful pizza is a perfectly cooked pizza. Thanks to the integrated thermometer, you can easily monitor the temperature of your oven. It takes about 15 minutes to reach the correct cooking temperature: 400°C.
