Terms and conditions of use
All prices shown are in Euros and inclusive of value added tax (VAT) at the current exchange rates, exclude postage costs. These will be added later to the total amount payable. Shipping costs to Portugal (Continental) are free for orders over 30€.
Due to the volume of available products, pricing errors may occur. If this happens, after your order is generated, you will be contacted by our team and may cancel your order if you do not accept the value rectification.
Prices for our products are subject to changes without notice, we cannot guarantee that subsequent purchases of the same product, will maintain the same value.

If this method of payment is chosen, the customer must send an email to email@example.com, with proof of transfer and the respective order reference. Payment will only be validated after confirmation of good collection (confirmation by the bank). After this confirmation the order will be shipped.
Paypal is an easy, fast and secure way to make and receive payments all over the Internet. To do so you need to have an email address and create an account. This has no associated costs. After that you just have to associate your credit card or transfer money to your Paypal account.
If you choose to pay by wire transfer, a payment reference of your purchase value is issued. Your order will be shipped after payment receipt confirmation. Upon using the payment reference, we receive an automatic email informing that the payment has been successfully done.
This payment method is only available for purchasing within Portugal.
Payshop is an easy, simple and secure method of making your payments. This requires an email address. By selecting this option, you will receive an email with the reference issued according to the amount to be paid. The email will be sent by Hipay.com, the company responsible for Payshop references. You may pay at any payshop store. After making the payment, an email will be sent indicating that the payment has been made. In any case, it will only be valid by In&Out Cooking after confirmation by Hipay.
If you decide to pay your order by credit card, you will do so safely since in the fulfilment of the new security rules spread by VISA International and Europay/Mastercard International, from April 1st 2001, all the authorization requests for the completion of transactions using those systems’ cards, can only be processed by Redunicre provided that, on the information made available, the respective card security code (CVV2/CVC2) is supplied.
The security code is a three digit number printed on your card’s back, after the card number and right to the signature field of all VISA and Europay cards, as shown in the below example.
Upon payment confirmation, the online store In&Out Cooking, undertakes to deliver the order, properly packaged.
The order is delivered to the address indicated by you on our point of sale (depending on the option chosen in the purchase process). As soon as the goods are shipped from our facilities an automatic email will be sent to you. No orders will be sent to POs.
In&Out Cooking only ships on weekdays until 6pm. Thus, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not accounted for to estimate deliveries. Any delay in the transportation is from the liability of carriers and does not confer the right to compensation from In&Out Cooking.

Outlet: Promotion given to discontinued products that didn't sell out their total stock. This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions and is subject to existing stock. In&Out Cooking reserves the right to cancel the offer without any compensation or liability.
Promotions: Promotions developed throughout the year, at a lower price or with more advantageous conditions at defined time intervals.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE
If you would like to return a product or have a problem with your order, please contact our After Sales Service (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 14 days of receiving your item, always indicating the reference of your order.
In order to make a return, make sure that the goods are returned unused and in their original, undamaged packaging, with accessories or promotional offers, depending on the case, as well as with all labels attached to their original packaging.
Once the order is received, and if it is in compliance with the return conditions, the value of the item will be refund completly, through the same payment method used by the customer.
We are only responsible for the postage costs, in cases of return of defective items.
