How to make healthy gums at home

Who is addicted to gums say "ME"!
So how about healthy, sugar-free homemade gums? Yes, it is possible.

We leave you the recipe to have fun this weekend with the youngest! Venture into the culinary world and enjoy delicious healthy gums!

Ingredients:

  • 200ml of water
  • 1 packet of sugar-free gelatin (flavor of your choice)
  • 4 sheets of colorless gelatin
  • Lékué forms to give fun images to our gums


Preparation:

  1. Boil 200ml of water
  2. Dilute a flavor gelatin sachet
  3. Cut the gelatin sheets, place them in a bowl with a little water
  4. Place the bowl with the leaves in the microwave for a maximum of 40 seconds
  5. Then add the melted gelatin sheets in the pan with the flavored gelatin
  6. Mix well and pour the preparation into the molds
  7. Place the molds in the refrigerator to solidify for about 2 hours.
  8. Unmold and enjoy!
