How to quickly make homemade bread

At times like these, that we are all conditioned to spend more time at home, why not spend more time cooking for you and your family?
We know that home cooking is always healthier and tastes different. Today, we bring you a bread recipe to make with our Lékué Bread Maker Kit. Easy and quick!

With the Kit, you can mix, knead and bake everything in the same container. Its design allows perfect and homogeneous baking, preventing the bread from drying out, becoming crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.

For the bread you'll need:

  • 200g of wheat flour;
  • 50g of rye flour;
  • 3g baker's yeast;
  • 6g of salt;
  • 170 ml of water.

Add all the ingredients in the container and knead them with the help of the spatula for this purpose. Use your hands as well. Continue until it forms a homogeneous and consistent mass. Let it yeast for about 3 hours, form a ball with the dough and make a cut on the surface, so that the bread cracks on top. Preheat the oven to 200º, close the baking pan (as shown in the image below), put it inside the oven and bake for about 30 minutes.

Get ready to fill the house with the smell of fresh bread!
