65g butter
150g cooking chocolate
2 egg yolks
2 egg whites
35g sugar
100ml whipping cream
Preparation mode
Melt the chocolate with the butter until it reaches a homogeneous consistency. Add the egg yolks, stir well and set aside.

Pour the mousse into the mold and freeze for 2 hours. Decorate with red berries and serve to your partner.
Ingredients
Cake dough
310g flour
250g of sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
100g butter
1 natural yogurt
120ml milk
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Red dye
Filling/Covering
450g cream cheese
120g butter
200g icing sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Preparation mode
In a bowl, add the milk with vinegar and set aside. Melt the butter to dissolve the red coloring and set aside. Beat the eggs and the sugar in a bowl. Add the butter with the coloring, the yogurt, and the milk with vinegar, stirring until smooth.
Add the flour and cocoa and stir again. After, add the vanilla essence, baking powder, and bicarbonate soda. Involve without stirring too much. Spread the dough in the mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for about 30 minutes. When you take it out, let it cool and unmold.
When cold, cut the cake in half. For the filling and topping, put all the ingredients in the mixer and mix until it becomes a homogeneous cream. Place the filling in one of the cakes, join the parts, distribute the topping and decorate to taste.
Ingredients
500g strawberries
2 packets of strawberry gelatin
1 can of condensed milk
500ml water
400ml cream
Preparation mode
Put water in a pan. When it is boiling, lower the heat and add the gelatin. Stir well and turn off. Crush the strawberries in a blender and gradually add the strawberry gelatin.
Mix the cream for a minute, add the condensed milk, and stir again. Wrap the strawberry purée in the cream and carefully pour it into the mold and place it in the fridge for about 4 hours to harden. Suggestion: Serve with red fruit syrup.
Ingredients
2 cups wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
30g sugar
130g butter (room temperature)
Strawberry or red fruit jam
Preparation mode
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor, except the jam. Grind until you obtain a consistent dough. Place some flour on a flat surface and roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Use the heart-shaped biscuit cutter and press it against the dough to form the biscuits.
Bake in the oven at 356ºF for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown. For the filled biscuit effect, repeat the procedure twice and, in one of the dough portions, make small heart-shaped cuts in the center of each biscuit.
When they come out of the oven, place the filling in the center of the biscuit without the hole and join it to the corresponding one. Sprinkle it with icing sugar and give it to someone special!
