Quinoa bowl with eggs, avocado, arugula, cucumber and lentils
Ingredients
How to make this bowl
Step 1 - Start by boiling the quinoa and the lentils (or buy them already cooked).
Step 2 - Next, mix the cooled quinoa and lentils with the arugula, cucumber and avocado. Season to taste with salt, vinegar and olive oil.
Step 3 - Prepare your egg. In this case, we're choosing poached. Crack the egg and place it in a pan with hot water to poach. Ideally, our egg has to cook a little bit of the yolk (approximately 3 minutes), so when it pops, it spreads through our bowl.
Step 4 - Finally, decor your dish with some soybean sprouts and, if necessary, re-season with a drizzle of olive oil and voilá, our bowl is ready to be served.

Ingredients
How to make this risotto
Step 1 - Start by washing and laminating the mushrooms. In a pot, sauté garlic and olive oil. When the water starts to boil, add the mushrooms gradually so you won't lower the heat and the mushrooms won't release too much water.
Step 2 - Wash the quinoa and put the broth in a pot to dilute in hot water.
Step 3 - Once the mushrooms are cooked, add the quinoa and the aromatic herbs. Mix it and add a mug of water with the dissolved broth and add ½ of water. Cover and let it cook over medium heat until all the water evaporates and the quinoa gets fully cooked.
Step 4 - Remove from heat and add grated cheese. Mix it well and sprinkle with grated cheese to serve.
Quinoa, blueberry and oats bars
Ingredients
How to make these bars
Step 1 - Start by preheating the oven to 200 degrees and put baking paper on a tray. You can also spread the butter all over the entire container, so the dough doesn't stick.
Make sure the bars are about 2,5 cm thick, and to make it easier, choose a tray that has a similar size as well.
Step 2 - In a large bowl, mix the oat flakes, the cooked quinoa, the baking powder, the cinnamon and the baking soda.
Step 3 - In a second bowl, mix the eggs, the mashed banana, add almond butter and mix it until it forms a dough. Gather the ingredients of the two bowls and mix it well. Add blueberries to the mixture and wrap them well. Save some blueberries to finish at the end.
Step 4 - Place the dough evenly in a tray, and use a spatula to help. Leave the bars in the oven for about 35 minutes. Once the dough is cooked, remove it from the oven, cut it in squares and serve the bars sprinkled with blueberries.
