If you want to eat candy without feeling guilty, this recipe is for you! With only three ingredients, this is the candy that, from now on, will be part of your menu. Learn how to make this delicious recipe with us!
Ingredients
Step 1 - Start to mix coconut oil and grated coconut until you create a dough.
Step 2 - Create small balls or cobbles with the mixture. You can also choose to use a silicone mould. We leave you some suggestions of moulds that can be useful and simplify your cooking time.
Step 3 - Freeze about 30 minutes to stiffen.
Step 4 - Now it’s time to make the topping for our healthy bounties. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and fully cover the coconut candies with chocolate.
Step 5 - Last but not least, place the small chocolate and coconut candies with baking paper or silicone moulds in the freezer.
As soon as the chocolate is stiff, you can eat this delightful candy!
