The cutting board is made of solid, European, white oak with a high content of tannic acid which makes the board naturally antibacterial. The board is washed and oiled with food-grade oil to ensure a beautiful surface for an extended period. Oak is an extremely durable natural material that protects your knives for turning blunt.
