Cheese Slicer - Original - Stelton

The cheese knife by manufacturer Stelton was created and developed by Peter Holmblad in 1979. Several attempts to copy it have been made, but none of them succeeded. The simple straight-line design and the extraordinary quality were never reached.

With the aid of two taut steel wires, the Stelton cheese knife cuts soft cheese, which is often too squashy and sticky for the slicer, easily and without any effort in thick or slim slices.

The cheese knife consists of high-quality, matt polished stainless steel and is dishwasher-safe.
