The Maestro mill is the centerpiece of Peugeot's Salt Bar concept. Made in France, it features a PEFC-certified wood body and a removable glass jar that's easy to attach and replace. It includes the Zirlion mechanism in zirconia, a Peugeot innovation, designed for dry salts (≤6 mm), along with the u'Select system offering 6 grind settings, from fine to coarse. Compatible with interchangeable jars (sold separately), it allows you to switch between different salts or aromatic blends. Comes with a 50 g sachet of pink salt from the Andes.
