Do your own vegetable drinks with our Veggie Lovers collection

The traditional cow milk has been losing popularity, giving way to new substitutes, including drinks from plant origin. Not only lactose intolerants choose this type of drinks. Either for health issues or personal choice, plant-based drinks have been increasingly conquering consumers.

Well-known as healthy options, with less fat and sugar, these are excellent options that you can add to your diet. Though, we recommend that, although the texture and appearance are identical to milk, several nutritionists warn consumers about the nutritional differences between both drinks. Plant-based alternatives have less protein, and for that reason, specialists recommend a diet adaptation, in order to balance your protein intake with other meals throughout the day.

Typically, vegetable drinks are made from water and ground food, such as soy or dried fruits. If you choose to make your drinks from scratch, you can create a variety of recipes – it’s healthier and, mostly, it’s cheaper.

With our Veggie Lovers collection, you can prepare homemade vegetable drinks quickly and simply. Composed by two 1-litre containers which are stackable for easy storage. The internal container, with measurements marked and an ergonomic filter, allows you to soak, shred (with a standard domestic hand blender) and filter nuts, seeds or cereals to prepare drinks. The vegetable drink can be stored in the external container in the refrigerator for a maximum of 3 days.
