Just gather the following ingredients:

Preparation:

- Start by putting the flour and salt in a container. Then, open a hole in the middle and put the eggs and a thread of olive oil.

- Whisk the eggs with a fork and immediately wrap them in flour to make a homogeneous dough.

- Keep kneading and stretching the dough with your hands for about 10 minutes.

- If needed, you can add one spoon of water at a time and knead it into a ball.

- Turn to a floured surface and keep kneading until it doesn't stick.

- Wrap the dough with cling film and let it rest for 30 minutes. After that, keep kneading.

- Take some pasta and open it. Adjust the machine opening and pass the dough to spread it. Fold in two parts and repeat the process several times. Keep reducing the opening until the dough is as thick as desired. Don't forget to sprinkle with wheat flour, so it doesn't stick.

- Once it' s cut, sprinkle it with flour. Let it dry, using a dough dryer. The Imperia Stendipasta allows you to spread more than 1kg of dough and is the ideal product for those who appreciate practicality.

- Finally, the pasta will be ready to cook. The baking time will depend on the thickness of the dough, so regularly check until it reaches the perfect al dente texture. If you want to store it, use the fridge.
