We're starting a new decade - and it's the ideal time for those who want to adopt healthier eating habits!
Did you know that cottage cheese is considered one of the least caloric cheeses? High in protein and low in fat - it will be your best friend if you want a balanced diet.
You can cook a wide selection of meals with this ingredient. Therefore, we want you to take three delicious recipes so you can include cottage cheese on your daily routine.
To a fuller confection, choose to make your own home-made cottage cheese. In&Out Cooking recommends the most suitable product: Cheese Maker from Lékué. A bowl to warm the milk, a lid that measures the acid to pour and a strainer where the cheese is formed: simple and natural. You only need the required ingredients around - milk, lemon juice and salt - and this way, you'll always have tasty and fresh cottage cheese in your home, whenever you want.
