There’s something truly special about bringing people together around the table. Whether in the comfort of everyday life or while celebrating meaningful moments like Easter, every detail plays a role in creating a memorable experience.
And it all begins with the right choice. A great baking dish is more than just cookware, it’s the starting point for recipes that delight, surprise, and stay with you.
When choosing the ideal dish, small details make a big difference. The shape should suit the recipe, ensuring even cooking. Ingredients influence the ideal depth and size. Cooking times call for materials that perform consistently. And of course, the material itself is key to durability and flawless results.
That’s where the Appolia collection by Peugeot Saveurs naturally stands out. Crafted from high-quality ceramic, these dishes distribute heat evenly and retain it longer, allowing every recipe to reach perfection. But there’s more, their elegance makes each piece a statement on the table, seamlessly transitioning from oven to serving. Because cooking is also about presentation, and every detail enhances the experience.
Perfect for comforting lasagnas, rich stews, or slow-cooked dishes that reward time and care, Appolia baking dishes bring sophistication and confidence to every moment. And because inspiration matters, they invite you to explore new flavours.

A rustic tomato and mustard tart—simple, full of character—where fresh ingredients meet perfectly balanced texture.
Ingredients:
Dough
160 g wheat flour type 65
Salt
120 g natural yogurt
1 tablespoon olive oil
Filling
2 tablespoons of wholegrain mustard
8 tomatoes of different colors
Basil
Salt and pepper
Feta cheese
Method of preparation:
In a bowl, mix the flour and salt. Add the natural yogurt and the olive oil. Knead for a few seconds until the dough has a uniform consistency and comes out of the bowl.
Preheat the oven to 356 ºF (180 °C). Sprinkle a little flour on the countertop and roll out the dough with a rolling pin until it forms a circle, about 3 mm thick. Grease the baking tray with butter and flour, or cover with baking paper. Place the pastry and spread a thin layer of wholegrain mustard.
Wash and finely chop the tomatoes and arrange on the mustard. Fold the edges of the pie towards the center. Sprinkle with the basil and bake in the oven for 35 minutes, watching carefully, so it doesn't burn. When removed from the oven, sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese.
