Piana ovens are made of high-quality materials, namely stainless steel to withstand heat and resist weathering, as well as ABS and silicone to resist possible shocks and extend the life of the oven. The pizza stone is made of cordierite to accumulate heat and ensure perfect cooking. 

• On what support should the oven be placed?

Once the legs are extended, Piana ovens can be placed on a table or sideboard. Important! Do not place a ZiiPa oven on a plastic table. 

• How long does it take to cook?

Your pizza will cook in just 60 seconds!

•  What fuels should I use?

To light your Piana oven, simply use wood, briquettes, or pellets. Be careful not to use alcohol, gasoline or other flammable liquids. 

• Can the stone be washed in the dishwasher?

Yes, however, and like all cordierite stones, it should be handled with care. 

• Can anything be cooked on it besides pizza?

Yes, provided you use a baking dish suitable for very high temperatures.
